IronBee ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, create an account, or subscribe to product updates.

When you create an account or subscribe to product updates, we collect your email address. We use it to operate your account and to communicate with you about the product. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

Platform Integrations

If you connect a platform integration, such as the IronBee integration for Vercel, we access data from the accounts, teams, and projects you explicitly connect in order to provide verification and reporting features. For the Vercel integration this covers project and team metadata, deployment records (status, timestamps, and deployment URLs), and the build and deployment logs your deployments produce.

We do not request access to your source code repositories, your environment variables or secrets, or the personal data of your end users. We access only the scopes you approve at installation, use that data solely to operate the product for you, and never sell it. Build and deployment logs can incidentally contain data your own build process writes to them, so avoid logging secrets or personal data. You can revoke our access at any time by removing the integration from your Vercel account, and you may request deletion of the data we hold from it. The license terms for these integrations are in our End User License Agreement.

Cookies and Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. You can accept or decline analytics cookies via the banner shown on your first visit; declining does not affect your use of the site.

Data Retention

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email we send.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
